FRIEND REFERRAL

What is the Friend Referral Program?

Once you register with Equitance and set up your account, you are able to invite friends to register and make purchases on the website. For every friend that registers you receive one credit, which is equal to $1. If your friend makes a purchase, you receive 10 credits, which is equal to $10. You are able to use the points towards any purchase. Your credits do expire 90 days after you have earned them. You will receive email updates if you have earned points or if your friends have not accepted their invite yet. You can access your credits and communicate with your friends under the "My Account" section in the website.

how many friends can i invite?

You can invite up to 20 friends within a 90 day period.

what are credits?

You receive on credit for every friend that accepts the friend request and you receive 10 credits for every friend that was invited who makes a purchase. 1 credit is equal to 1 US dollar.

how can i use my credits?

At checkout you are given the choice to use as many credits as you would like for any given purchase.

do my credits expire?

Yes, your credits will expire 90 days after you receive it.

how do i invite my friends?

Once you are logged in, look for "Invite Friends” icon in the top right corner of the page. Then you can send an email invite or use your personal invite link to spread the word.

how do i know if my friends join?

You'll receive an email from us whenever one of the friends you've invited accepts the invitation. You can also see a list and send reminders to any of your friends from the Invite page. You will receive a credit automatically when the accept and 10 more credits when their first order ships.

how do i receive my credits?

We'll add your $10 Credit to your account as soon as your friend's accept the invitation and you will receive an email to verify. You can check your credits under the “My Credits” section in the “Friend Referral” section under “My Account.

Can I use Equitance products on sensitive skin?

Most of our Equitance products can be used on any type of skin.

If your skin is sensitive to something specific, check the ingredients listed on the package before you use a product.

Can I use Equitance products on oily or dry skin?

Yes, but please make modifications based on your personal skin type.

What is the shelf life or expiration date of Equitance products?

Not all our products have an expiration date.

For Sunscreen & Dietary supplement, expiration date will be printed on the container label & outer carton. For rest of the Equitance products, there is no recommended expiration date. We recommend storing the product in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight. However, if the product's fragrance, color, texture, or consistency changes, it may be time to replace the product.

Can I purchase a trial kit as a new customer before buying the full-size product?

Yes, you can purchase the Equitance Trial Kit that includes a one week supply of Equitance Brightening Foaming Cleanser, Equitance Brightening Toning Lotion, Equitance Brightening Serum and Spot Corrector and Equitance Hydrating Brightening Cream, a one day supply of Equitance Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF36 and a three day supply of Equitance Skin Radiance Dietary Supplement. This is a great way to be introduced to one of the Equitance skincare products and a very practical solution for new customers. This trial kit is also sized conveniently for frequent travelers.

Do I need to use all Equitance products to get the results? Is it effective to only use one?

Even with the use of one product, you will still experience the benefits of Equitance. For an all encompassing regimen to achieve brighter skin, we recommend the use of our full regimen.

If I decide to use all Equitance products, in what order should I use them?

Foaming Cleanser→Toning lotion→Serum+Spot Corrector→Cream→UV (morning only). The dietary supplement can be taken at any time of the day with the appropriate diet.

Should the Brightening Serum + Spot Corrector be applied directly on the dark spots, the general area or the entire face?

The Serum + Spot Corrector can be applied in the general areas of the face/neck or precisely on the dark spots/discolorations.

How long does it take to see a benefit from Equitance products?

The time it takes you for you to see results is different for every person based on the condition of their dark spots as well as the season. We conducted studies that were evaluated by a dermatologist over a 4 month period and over 80% of the women reported reduction in appearance of dark spots. A lot of people also notice that their skin feels moisturized which contributes to the appearance of brighter skin.

Where are Equitance products manufactured?

All Equitance topical skin care products are manufactured in Japan. The Skin Radiance Dietary Supplement is manufactured in the U.S.

Does Equitance perform animal testing?

We do not conduct animal testing on our Equitance products, except when required by law.

 

Ingredients

Does Equitance contain hormone-like ingredients?

No.

Are Equitance products gluten-free?

Only the Equitance Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 36 contains gluten. The rest of the Equitance line is gluten-free.

Do Equitance products have parabens?

Equitance products are not paraben free. Parabens are the most widely used preservatives in personal care products; they stop fungus, bacteria and other microbes from growing in your favorite creams and makeup, especially in the moist, warm environment of a bathroom.

Do any Equitance products contain nuts?

The Equitance Brightening Serum and Spot Corrector contains an ingredient which is from hazelnut oil. The Hydrating Brightening Cream and Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 36 do not contain ingredients derived from nuts, however, they are manufactured in a facility that uses nuts for other products. The Brightening Foaming Cleanser, Brightening Toning Lotion and Skin Radiance Dietary Supplement do not contain nuts.

Do any Equitance products contain any animal derived ingredients?

The Serum + Dark Spot Corrector and Hydrating Brightening Cream contain soluble sollagen from fish. The Brightening Toning Lotion contains Acetyl glucosamine derived from crabshell. The Skin Radiance Dietary Supplement contains eggshell.

 

Safety

What should I do if product gets into my eyes?

Rinse your eyes immediately with water. If pain persists, please see a doctor.

Are Equitance products safe for pregnant or nursing women?

Equitance products have not been tested in pregnant or nursing women, we recommend that you check with your doctor prior to using Equitance products.

Can Equitance products be used if I am in the sun?

Yes, but we still recommend using sunscreen before exposure to the sun.

Can Equitance products be used in conjunction with topical prescription products or products that contain Vitamin C?

Yes. However, if you have any concerns, please contact your doctor.

Is Equitance safe for children

Our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. However, we have not tested our products on children. We recommend that you check with your doctor prior to using Equitance products.

what are the details of your return policy, and the 100% satisfaction gaurantee?

Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-855-827-0362. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.

Online Purchase Return:
· Please contact the Equitance Customer Service Department at 1-855-827-0362 for a Return Authorization.
· All requests for returns must be received via phone or email within 30 days from an order date for credit/exchange on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping (if applicable).
· Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Equitance.
· Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your credit to be applied. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
· We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

Do you accept international orders?

We're sorry, currently we are unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
